Program Delivery and CPE Credit

Self-study courses are offered as QAS™ Self Study. One CPE credit is granted for every 50 minutes of qualifying learning, measured under the NASBA/AICPA word-count or pilot-test standard. A passing score of 70% or higher on the final qualified assessment is required to earn credit. Certificates are issued upon successful completion and are delivered by email, typically immediately and no later than 60 days after completion.

Course Access and Expiration

Self-study course access begins on the date of purchase or enrollment and expires one year (365 days) from that date. The final exam must be passed before the access-expiration date shown on your course page and in your enrollment email. Access cannot be extended beyond one year, per NASBA standards.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact Tax Pro Academy, LLC at support@taxresolutionacademy.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided a certificate of completion has not yet been issued for the course. Once a certificate has been issued, the course is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled or group programs, registrations may be cancelled up to 2 business days before the program date for a full refund or transfer. Self-study courses may be cancelled for a refund any time before a certificate of completion is issued. Contact support@taxresolutionacademy.com to cancel.

Complaint Resolution Policy

For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaints or refunds, or to resolve a concern about a program, contact Tax Pro Academy, LLC in writing at P.O. Program Revision and Currency

Self-study programs are reviewed and updated when there is a change in the relevant tax law, IRS procedure, or professional standard that materially affects the content, and no less than once during the program's lifecycle. Each course displays its current CPE credit, field of study, knowledge level, prerequisites, and advance-preparation requirements on its course page before purchase.

Tax Pro Academy, LLC retains completion records, credit-determination documentation, and program materials for a minimum of five years, consistent with NASBA standards. Your personal information is used only to deliver your CPE, issue your certificate, and maintain required records. We do not sell your information.
